Abstract

Human development in Labuhanbatu has continued to progress. It is characterized by the increasing human development indices (HDI) of Labuhanbatu for 0.55 points or growing amounted of 0.77 percent compared to 2018 to 71.94 in 2019.

All components of the IPM form Labuhanbatu in 2019 increased over the previous year. The age of life expectancy increased from 69.6 years to 69.86 years. The old hope of school increased from 12.6 years to 12.67 years. The average length of school increased from 9.04 years to 9.23 years. And the last components, the population expenditure per capita increased from 11.05 million to 11.19 million rupiah.
