Labuhanbatu Regency Construction Cost Index 2023

The data presented in this publication was obtained from the results of the Construction Cost Price Survey (SHKK) specifically for building/construction materials, heavy equipment rental, and construction service wages which are carried out regularly on a quarterly basis in Labuhanbatu Regency. The data processed comes from price data for the third and fourth quarters of 2022 as well as the first and second quarters of 2023. The calculation of the IKK weighing diagram uses data from the Bill of Quantity (BoQ) and regional income and expenditure budget (APBD) realization data. Information about IKK is certainly needed on an ongoing basis, both by the government, researchers and the business world. For this reason, the Labuhanbatu Regency Central Statistics Agency has prepared the publication of the Labuhanbatu Regency Construction Cost Index for 2023.
