The number of tourists inSumatera Utara in November 2019 was 22,340 visits

• The number of foreign tourists (tourists) visiting Sumatera Utara through 4 (four) entrances in November 2019 reached 22,340 visits, a decrease of 0.96 percent compared to those who came in October 2019 to reach 22,556 visits.

• During the November 2019 period, the number of foreign tourists visitingSumatera Utara decreased by 1.75 percent compared to the same period in 2018, from 22,737 visits in 2018 to 22,340 visits in 2019.

• In November 2019, tourists from Malaysia were the most visitors with 11,844 visits or 53.02 percent of the total tourists visiting Sumatera Utara.

• Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of five-star hotels in Sumatera Utara in November 2019 reached an average of 52.10 percent, up 5.05 points compared to October 2019 of 47.05 percent.

• The average length of stay of foreign and Indonesian guests at star-rated hotels in November 2019 reached 1.51 days, up 0.04 points compared to October 2019.

• The number of domestic passengers departing from Sumatera Utara via Kualanamu International Airport during November 2019 reached 229,847 people, an increase of 1.93 percent compared to October 2019 which reached 225,484 people.

• The number of passengers of inter-island sea transportation departing in November 2019 was 7,272 people, up 213.45 percent compared to the previous month of 2,320 people.
